I originally got a code for a bad maf, and on the way home one day the car randomly died. Well i got a new MAF, IAC, and 02 sensor and it hasn't seemed to change anything. I checked the wires on the maf and i have a 5v reference, and 0 ohms to the ground, but i havn't been able to check the wire to the pcm. When checked with a snap on modis, it showed N/A for the o2, tps, maf, and iac. It smells rich too. I have no idea what could be causing all this. It's also an 02 topswap car with parts from a 97. Thanks for any help!

Ok more info please. When was the topswap installed? what file are you running? a mod'd GT or GTP?

when you put the new MAF in did you disconnect the battery for 30 min to let the fuel trims reset? could be learned trims messing up with new maf. Or you say that the snapon showed NA for the O2... it could be an issue with the O2 sensor...

Sorry was in a hurry. The top swap was done a month ago but I havnt driven for the last week while I was waiting for my sensors. It has a modified gtp file on it. My previous o2 kept setting off a CEL for not heating. Before when I thought th maf was bad, the snapon showed values for the other sensors and 0.0 volts for the maf. So that's why I changed them. I didn't leave the battery unhooked for more than five minutes. Brand new bosch o2 too. I'm getting no info from the snapon for the o2.

well did you try pulling the battery and resetting the fuel trims? if the O2 is not showing anything in the scanner, i would check the connections for a break or if the O2 was defective.

Reset the fuel trims and it doesn't seem to change anything. The scanner is showing the other sensors values, but im still getting a 0.00 volts reading for the MAF. The power wire has a 5v reference, the ground wire shows one ohm @ 200 on the multimeter and the ignition 1 wire shows 150 ohms grounded to the battery. Not sure it thats any help but thats all i can think of.

Not sure what's going on. I replaced the pcm and the code still popped up. So sofar I've replaced both the maf and pcm. Not rrally sure where to go from here. Some reason the pcm isn't reading any Hg's, and the code is the maf sensor low voltage.

At least you started replacing the expensive stuff first. It can only get better now. Lol

    You got "a code"?

    What code(s)?
