    Car is running.

I've got a moderate/light Coolant leak running off of my power steering pump. It only does it while the engine is running but I can't tell where it's coming from.

I replaced the elbows with aluminum ones, installed new Felpro aluminum LIM gaskets, checked the LIM bolts, and checked my hoses... Nothing.

Maybe the oring rolled up on the elbow? Maybe a wrong bolt?

I may have used a wrong bolt length putting the timing cover and/or water pump back together. I'm trying to find the bolt specs as we speak but... Ugh.

I'm going to take the passenger wheel/shield off tomorrow to get a better look.

I have some replacement bolts on the way (Bonnevillesunlimited.com) just in case.

Did you put sealant on the bolts?

It could easily be if you didn't clean out the holes for the elbows and didn't lube them for reinstall.

    On bolts..
The 4 long WP ones do most of the top of the cover. Then there's two about 1.5" right in the arm pits of the cover. (under outlet for hose to rad and other side to back) from there... if you get the crank sensor shield on.. you likely have all the rest correct. And like Dan said.. did you seal them? Cause they go into the water jacket.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

    Dumb. I got it.

Heater hoses were in place. Clamp was tightened on upper but not lower.

    Fixed!

I'm not sure if the thermostat is opening up though. I'll probably remove the 180* I got and go back to the 195* anyways.

Gotta love those ID10T errors and yeah you are probably better off with the 195 anyway.
