Ok so my little brother just got a 04 widetrack gt, and I have an old M-90 sitting in my garage from a gtp I was going to use for a mustang build I ended up going turbo with. My question is what all else do I need to fit this to my brothers car for a christmas present? Im thinking, intake manifold and some oil lines. any help would be great though.

    Thanks

What generation M90? If it's a Gen V M90, you'll need heads, LIM, throttle body, harmonic balancer, fuel rail, and injectors from a Series III supercharged 3800.

If it's a Gen III M90, you'll need to add some sort of adapter to make the car's drive-by-wire throttle body fit on the older supercharger. I don't know if they make one or not...

In short, it isn't a simple job. Look at this post:

Then it's a Gen III M90. Your biggest problem is going to be finding a way to use a drive-by-wire throttle body on the older style M90. I don't think anyone makes an adapter for that.

that wont be a prblem im a graphic communications major, I can make a bracket in solidworks in a few hours and have it machined here at the college, Is the problem making the TB attach to the s/c?

Yep. They have adapters for using an older TB on a Gen V M90, but not for using an older Gen III M90 with the newer drive-by-wire TBs. It's more than a bracket... You'd need to make something similar to this:

    ZZ Performance

Just you need one that does the opposite.

oh yeah that would be easy, I can machine the metal part easy Iver made a few TB spacers and seems to be essentially what it is just with a different bolt pattern per side then cut the gasket out of gasket material
