    I'd check the battery connections..
Look at your battery.. do the sides look puffy? Puffy is a classic symptom that it's been heated etc a bunch and is likely near or at the end of it's life.

not enough volts left in it. test it. also check all the cables like Bill said.

I pulled the multimeter out and it said 12.6 volts, the cables look great, they are tight and no corrosion, I tried jumping it with the battery booster and it still doesn't even turn over, so im thinking starter, btw the battery is 2 and half year old

Actually..it would be enough volts, not enough amps.

Volts are horsepower, amps are torque. A little Honda can drive on a flat surface w/o losing speed, give it a hill and it doesn't have any torque to maintain the speed uphill.

hit the starter with a hammer, if it cranks after a few hits, the started is bad.

you getting a click when you turn the key to start?

the dash cluster go black when you turn the key? like its supposed to?

did you hit the starter with a hammer yet?

you check the grounds on the trans bell housing? there should be 3 wires there, 1 fat black cable, (the bat neg), and 2 smaller wires with a loop each. make sure they are on there, and tight.

Typically you don't get a slow crank from a dying starter. Usually that's a battery issue. However since you did the tests and say it's good, hmmm

Try using a screwdriver to jump power from the positive terminal to the soleniod wire. Let's rule out ign switch and all that crap. You get bonus points if you put the key in teh run position before going under. That way..you might have a started car.

you can try to jump the starter also, take a screw driver, and bridge the large power cable on the starter to the the smaller terminal, this should make the engine crank, if it cranks, you got a ignition harness problem maybe.

turn the key to run, sparks will fly when you jump the starter, so dont freak out.

    Yeah...

It's alive.. Yippeeeee was my feeling
Still slow.. hmm maybe pull it and test it.. my though
    Nothing... darn dude!

If you get zippo..then I'm thinking power supply, which leads me to battery. You can test a battery as good the way we told you and it can still be bad. Maybe it's time to haul the starter and battery to the parts store for testing.
