I'm a noob, no idea what is wrong. I changed a blown fuse for the MAF sensor (IGN1 fuse #21) now, my engine making a weird noise now, made clicking noise at first then restart, now it sounds weird (no clicking noise on restart thou). I upload some video to u tube. Please help! Thanks!

    Video 1:

wont let me post more then one video here the link to video 2 (after restart):http://youtu.be/j3_QHMO0o1c

    Video 3: http://youtu.be/zFJwFebarlw

I have 2 bran new Oxygen sensors, bran new MAF sensor and I put in a used evap emission purge solenoid control circuit from the junk yard. Still get codes (all parts after market non OME beside the evap) Do I got buy OME parts to fix this problem or is it something different?!

Just so nobody else has to look up the codes
"P0443 - Evaporative Emission Control System Purge Control Valve Circuit
P0102 - Mass Air Flow (MAF) Circuit Low Input
    P0141 - O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1, Sensor 2)"

The mass air flow code is probably causing the running issue, is that fuse you mentioned in your other post blown again?

    Here's the info from obd-codes.com
The MAF may be disconnected, or a wiring connection may be bad
The MAF may be dirty or otherwise contaminated (Note: if you use a reusable oiled air filter, be careful not to apply too much oil or that can contaminate the MAF).
The MAF sensor may be faulty
The vehicle computer may be faulty (very rare)
2006 Grand Prix GT S/C 109k - Modded Transgo Shift Kit, Gutted Airbox, Dash Cam, and Inlays. Retros soon to come.
2002 Grand Prix GT N/A 127k - Same as 06 Plus: Trans Cooler, DIY Aux Input, LED lighting, Suspension Upgrades, Tint, Retrofits.

Yes, the damn fuse blew agaien..now what do I do? The fuse did not blow when I put it in, I tested it, it blew well I drove/started the car.

The MAF is new, but its a cheap $50 aftermarket MAF sensor.

Yeah time to start peeling back all the black wire covers for the maf circuit and check for rips and cuts. I see it all the time at work, usually from mice.

How would you know if there's less than a quart? The dipstick will only show oil if there's at least 2.5 quarts.

allmost none! I made a huge noob mistake thou, 5 holes where uncovered (1/8-1/4 of the stick was covered in oil, even double and triple checked)and I went out and bought 5qt of oil 10-30 and poured it all in there like a noob not realizing that there still oil left and now I over filled the oil and not sure If I have the right tools to drain some of the oil! Is it safe to drive to a shop or should I just buy the tools and drain it my self?! IDK if the shop will charge me. I drove it around for 10 min (to get the oil pressure up) and drove fine, then checked agaien and was still way over filled!

I though each hole was 1qt, there is where I messed up and over filled! (I always learn the hard way!)

Update: I look up the tools I need, I need a 3/8 socket which I have and something to drain the oil into...is that all I need? How do I know when to stop the oil from draining...don't want to drain too much!!!

Jack the car up and get a milk jug or two and rinse it out good, remove the drain plug and let all the oil drain into the jug so you can reuse it. Then as long as its not really dirty put the oil back in to the correct level. Thats how I would do it.

Thanks guys, I fixed the issue, I was a noob and drove it around hoping the oil level would go down (oil pressure goes up when you drive duh! found that out the hard way, like always) I lucked out and did not blow any seals. I went though hell, but I got my oil to normal level. First I borrowed a oil catcher from my neighbor and realize that I can not fit under the car, our grand prxis are pretty damn low to the ground! Then I had to borrow stands and when I jacked up the car with the jack that came with my car, I found out it does not go high enough for the stands!! Now I had to figure out how the hell I'm going get the car higher and I end up using 2 blocks of wood under the jack and that did the trick. Because I drove the car first, I had hot oil drain all over my hand when I drained the oil, thank god I had gloves on. That whole dip stick was covered when I first check the oil levels. I end up pouring it back into the 5qt jug, according to the jug, I drained 3qt of oil to get it back to normal Now everything is good!

Should I change my oil filter? I had synthetic oil and going on 3,000 miles (since last oil change), however I got normal cheap oil in there now. $20 for 5qt

This is where my oil levels are now.

    Jack and stands used:
(my molding coming unglued on the bottom passenger door any ideas how to fix it let me know, maybe 3m double stick tape?)

    Grand Prix finally on stands!!
was not easy! (for me that is)

not the clearest picture, but if you look closely you can see the jack with the two pieces of wood under it and the plastic I layed down to catch any missed oil.

Good idea! My neighbor just happen to have an oil catcher thing, I'm going by one for myself, I learn how to change my oil though this experience ^ . ^ (I'll never pay for someone to change my oil ever agaien!)
