ok now that the tune up is out of the way, what are some of the ways i can make a gt faster. And just for the record a top end swap is out of the question. lol Gotta be easy on the pocket book.

Moved to the correct section.
You've got to watch where you are posting, there are descriptions at the top of the page for each section.
He probably moves like 80 posts a day, or at least it seems lately.
If you're staying N/A,
2.5 Off road Down pipe (or one with cat if you so choose) $150 - 250
Power Log $100 - 200
HV3 $200
Intake $ 40 - 350
Rockers $300 - 550
Tuned PCM(after more than 1 of above) $100 - 200
In my car(when it was NA) the Downpipe made the biggest difference to be honest, followed by the PCM which made better use of my intake and exhaust work.
I said Top swap was out of the question when I started too.........
the money youll waste on making N/A fast you can get the top swap done. Morad sells em for about 700-800$. figure you could pull it off for under $1000. i was N/A and swore by it, then it felt the 3.4 pulley on the M90
Yeah $1000 right now is not happenning. But thanks for the info...and its not that a top end is out of the question as much as i would have to pay someone to get it done and therefore would cost that much extra. I dont have the tools or the knowledge. I did notice a big change though when i had my cat replaced. When you do a top swap what do you need besides the m90?
In lamens terms would be great, what the hell does heads up mean?
well heres a brief list off the top of my head all the parts are off the L67 engine
lower intake manifold
heads
supercharger
throttlebody
pulleys and idlers
harmonic balancer
fuel rails and injectors
i went the ZZP M90 kit route and i didnt need half that stuff, but i spent about $1200 for everything, shop around and save money!!!
