Try unplugging the MAF and giving it another go.

Usually fuel cut off is about 20 to 30 seconds if there is a security issue. Could be crank sensor or ignition module also. Is it setting any codes?

Security related fuel issues are 3-4 seconds. Because the cylinders prime when the key is turned to on, then the injectors do not pulse again.

Determine what you are missing, spark or fuel.
Try unplugged the maf and seeing if you can keep the car running longer.
Pull the IAC and clean it and the bore in the TB.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
