Like it comes on and stays on?
Because every time the car is shut off and turned back on the whole gauge clusters lights up and the car does a check over everything and then shuts them all off if everything is fine.

What it does is it stays on in tell I restart the car. I checked the oil it looks fine no low at all

Please read your owners manual. It will tell you if the behavior you have is normal.
