What is everyone's favorite way to roll the motor forward to get to the back 3 plugs? I have large hands. Thanks.

I disconnect the front motor mounts and push the dogbones down towards the base of the motor, then I put a ratchet strap from the radiator support, around the top of the engine to the other side. That way you can ratchet the motor as far forward as you need to.

There are holes near the dogbones on the radiator support which should be perfect for the hooks of the ratchet strap.

You don't have to, but it rocks forward further if you do.

I don't rock the motor forward unless it's a 3.1 with california emissions. It's still pretty easy to change plugs.
