    SO.....I changed my valve cover gaskets about 3 weeks ago, maybe longer now. The leak stopped but now I have leaking over the front exhaust manifold. But the oil is missing the spark plugs. Any thoughts?

    What brand vc gaskets did you install? Did you install new vc bolt grommets as well? If not they are known to leak again.

    The gaskets and grommets are both from felpro.

    Stupid question, but after you replaced everything did you clean all the old stuff off w/ engine degreaser? Could just be leftovers.

    yup, cleaned everything with degreaser. everything was fine until about a day or two ago.

    And you cleaned the groove in the valve cover and the surface of the head where it sits right?
    I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
