Hey my GP just now has steam coming from under the ignition coils, what is it. it just happened now and when i came back to park i saw coolant on the floor. Could the rad hose under the ignition coil not be on all the way? The engine is getting hot too, need to drive in a half an hour so i need the help.

I would check the clamp on that radiator hose under the coil. Otherwise you may have the infamous coolant elbow leakage beginning.

That would be my first thing to go to if it was a pain in the balls.

ok i just came back from droping my bro off at work, we had to stop just once on the freeway because of the coolant was hot and said so on the DIC. after that the car needle stayed between the middle and the hot part. I'm waiting for the car to cool down then go across to my autozone and get some more coolant. i could only see one of my coolant elbows since it was hot and its seemed fine and no leak ( how many elbows are in the car again just 2 right?).

You guys answer this for me, its been hot as hell over here in SoCal, we only filled up the car with one gal of 50 50 coolant and had no money for more, so could have these factored into this? Also when i got back i can here the steam coming out and saw it coming from the same spot and im guessing its coming from that hose and im going to check it ASA the car cools down. if it is the hose should i just push it back in more and its those pinch clamps could the clamp be a little messed up cause it was a a pain in the as to get that thing to stay open or pinched in so we could put it back on. also does it matter hows that clamp is supposed to be positioned? like the the two things that i have to pinch to get it open was facing the floor so should it be like that?

Yeah, they're only a couple bucks. If you don't have cash for more coolant, slide the pinch clamp back, open the screw clamp and then put it around the hose. No hose removal necessary.
