    All but the blower and throttle body. They are different. Oh and the fuel rail.

    Even if i got all the parts for it such as heads, fuel rail, balancer,bracket, ect..

    Yeah its do able, I did it to my 2005

    So yes just by swappin my heads, pcm, fuel rail, blower, ect...It can be done..

    Why do you want an l67 top on an 04? You want a Gen III over a Gen V?

    Well the site i was on for the L32 was $2000 and the L67 was $1500 i only have enough saved for the swap & cold-air intake & headers.. Thats y im jus going with the gen 3 as of now..

    A gen 3 wont work, your throttle body wont bolt up, completely different. The older cars had a cable driven TB our cars have electronic TB.

    Do they make adapters for that. seems like it would be taking a step back.

    You will reuse your TB so you won't have to worry about connections. My advice from experience take your time save your money and do it right the first time.
