new bolts? do u mean that the harmonic bolts have to be replaced once removed? or a set of bolts that will fit the puller to the balancer?

With good wiring, compression and such I think you have to start eliminating variables (aka "throwing parts at it").
Crank sensors are known to go bad, so I think it's a good place to start and it's fairly cheap.
You can check the reluctor as well...while the HB is off.

Yea. Unfortunately I have no options but throwing parts lol. I'm also Gona open up the icm and ECM and check for damage/corrosion.

Okay, I was doing some research, and an article says that if u get spark, then the ckp is definitely good..

Since I'm getting spark, could it be more likely that its the cps?

did you ever get all the sensors on? if not a huge vac leak can keep it from running.

    Hmm

CPS? Some use this as an acronym for the crank position sensor (CKP)
Do you mean the CMP - camshaft position sensor?

yes, thats what i meant. shoulda been more clear i guess. since i have spark, that would rule out ckp i think. all sensors are on, attached, and very very thoroughly checked lol. and im going to replace the evap 2morow, along with spark plugs, and im thinking the cps. a week shoulda been plenty of time to clear out any flooding as well. im trying to get my bud who has an obdII to come and give me a hand, but hes never around.. on some cars, there r ways to pull codes without a scanner. is this an option on the gp's?

    sweet, now go drive it!

may want to smell your oil good, make sure its not all gassed up and thin now. you know with all the flooding it may or may not have endured.

just changed the oil, so i think its good. shes not quite ready for her first drive yet though. gonna clean the throttle good, replace some evap lines, a strut, the maf sensor, and put a killer sound system in it one more question though, i stupidly made the mistake of using caliper paint on the manifold thinking it could endure the heat... it smoked pretty good, but im worried about it igniting. what would be the best option of removing the paint? could i just get it off with a brillo pad the best i can, and let the rest burn off? or am i gona have to rip the manifolds off and remove the paint?
