So my buddy emailed me this picture of a Intake Manifold, and was wondering... is there one made like this for the 3800 series engine... it would for sure look bada$$ under the hood of my N-A GT.

Anybody have any information on afermarket Manifolds?? if so, help appreciated, thanks guys

the 3800 fbody manifolds look similar to that, but the throttle body is on the opposite side. The holden intakes also look like that the the TB is on the front.

Irridium spark plugs last 100k mi and work just as well as copper. Copper is a waste on N/A and only lasts 15k mi. Don't use Platinum.
Use 195* tstat unless you can thoroughly explain why not; 99.9% don't need a lower temp.
Almost any oil filter, ever, is of higher quality than ACDelco. Spend $6+.

got a linbk to somethin like that?? With the TB on the front wouldnt that make a air intake over the front head?? I'm just lookin for a lil' something diffrent, i plan on snaggin another 3800 wth low km's and building it in my shop, built for boost, might save my cash and sink more into the engine... sleepahhhh

Wow man!...That thing also has "leaves all over the cowl induction". With that and the Holden intake, it's gotta be fast. LOL

The leaves were cleaned off after the remainder of the work was done. OP had it parked for a while before the trans was swapped and cam was installed.

Glanzer has one for sale right now.

If you want to go fast n/a you need good heads.

Zzp al heads would be ideal.

They can be ported for a higher intake ceiling which would require a custom intake manifold, but improve flow.

Standard auto wreckers has at least 10 L26's with 100K or less for $450 a piece.

Looking at a map, your location makes getting an engine from standard difficult.

there's a scrap yard 10min from my place, and there's another g-p there (rear end accident) and the guy at the shop is friends with my old man, so i might be able to get engine trans everything i need for a reasonable price

I'm a fan of everything on that Regal but the N/A dog bone mount...because with that kind of power, I'd expect instant snapage.
