    I have a 06 grand prix and when i get on highway i get a smell but i still have full power. I have some shops tell me its the cat and some that tells me its not. is there anyway to test if the cat is bad or not.

    Irridium spark plugs last 100k mi and work just as well as copper. Copper is a waste on N/A and only lasts 15k mi. Don't use Platinum.
    Use 195* tstat unless you can thoroughly explain why not; 99.9% don't need a lower temp.
    Almost any oil filter, ever, is of higher quality than ACDelco. Spend $6+.

    its bad smelling like rotten food. but its only when i get on interstate.

    Rotten eggs? Sulfur? That's a bad cat. They're good for like 150,000 miles, typically.
