    3.8 v6 is misfiring during accelaration. Once cruising speed is reached the misfire settles down. Have changed the fuel filter but it did not fix the problem. Reading on the code was multiple misfires and did not indicate a cylinder

    Time for a tune up.

    New plugs and wires, then see if it still misfires.

    just autolite plugs. I got them at autozone but i know now they were not the platnum.

    Mine is doing this too. I heard someone changed their coil packs and that fixed the problem. I haven't tried this yet

    What cylinder are u misfiring on? Switch coil packs around and if the misfire moves to a new cylinder, u found ur problem.
