    I've got coolant consumption happening and looks like the gaskets on the intake manifold lower are leaking and fuel injector o-rings are showing signs of leakage. I've got to replace the intake bolts with new any place to order them online.

    Bulletin may 03-06-01-016 specifies that new bolts are required when replacement of new gaskets and manifold are changed

    Clean the threads up, and put thread tape on them. I have never replaced intake bolts on a 3.8,3.1,3.4 and never have had an issue.

    Dont need them. Done 50 or more intake jobs and never had a come back.

    Agreed on reusing. I've done a ton of LIM's and never had an issue.

    Only bolts I'd replace are head bolts, rocker bolts and lower end bolts (but then a machine shop would be doing the assembling etc.)
    I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
