So my 3.8 blew a bearing and I found a engine out of a 07 Buick Lucerne. I was woundering if what else i would have to do besides change oil pan and UIM to make it work in my 98 GP

I thought someone said that on the newer motors the oil pan is the mount. I don't want to deal with the newer UIM and making my TB work with it

No, there is no mounts on the oil pan unless it's a Buick thing.

the new oil pan won't fit because it'll hit the subframe. either grind away the part that hits or swap the old oil pan onto the new motor.

If you search on me...you'll find pics of what needs to be done. I recently posted it. As for the intake. Swap your plenum and tb over. It's a quick swap.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
