Does anyone know what the 0-60 time is supposed to be for a 97-03 GT? My 02 is stock, and I timed it tonight and it averaged to about 9.4 seconds. Does that sound about right?

That does seem a little slow. Mine's usually about 9, but your 02 has the 3.29 gearing and my 04 has 3.05 and needs some TLC lol.

Wonder why it would be so slow? I was planning on Seafoaming it sometime soon, think that would make a difference at all?

How did you launch it? If you just floored the gas that probably cost a few tenths. If you brake torqued you might pick up a few. Also how did you time it? Maybe your timing method is skewed.

I had a stopwatch to use as a timer, so I don't think my method is what's wrong... I did just floor it. From what others are saying I'm roughly 1.5 seconds slow either way? It was a fairly cool night, and the car was warm when I tried it out. I'm just gonna hope a clean air filter and seafoam treatment help out a bit

Get rid of that factory U-Bend too...and run a higher octane...it's probably knocking like most factory 3800's and pulling timing above 4k~

here is my 0-60 vid. u-bend/res delete, 08 imp SS catback and fenderwall intake.
1/4 throttle brake launch till it stops spinning and floored it, if you turn ur speakers up you can here the tire trying to break loose again i think lol. once i get to 80-85km/h i hit a hill and it really slows down lol.

You didn't hit a hill, don't lie to me.

The N/A 3800 is gutless...you could have been going DOWNhill and it still slowed down

I agree with you both, 2nd gear is crap. and yes blue even going downhill once you hit second gear that speedo needle slows down lols, but i was starting to hit a hill thats no lie. thats why the video abruplty stops cause im not going to go WOT to the top of a hill cause 1 its dangerouse and 2 the speedo needle would of stopped most likely lols.
