    Hmm, that light tick almost sounds like a rocker or something, but when you moved the camera over to the drivers side right near the end of the vid I heard a lower, deeper sounding knock with a different pitch to it.

    I'm wondering if your flywheel is cracked? When you changed the oil did you notice any sparkly pieces in it that would indicate a bearing?

    Have you removed the belt and started it to see if the noise goes away?

    Wait, after reading your post in another thread it seems you drove the new balancer on w/ a hammer? With the motor running take a look straight down on the balancer from above and see if it is wobbling at all. It should not have any movement to it other than in a circle. Since it seems to be running in-time I assume that you got the new balancer lined up w/ the crank key when you re-installed it. But with banging it on I'm not sure what else could be affected, other than things inline w/ the crank (bearings, flywheel). How hard exactly did you smack the balancer to get it set on there? Just tap tap, or a few good hits w/ a 2lb hammer?
