So I had some free time and I figured I would go and clean that throtle body thats been sticking every now and then so I pulled it off and found this...

so I cleaned this thing up did a pretty good job if I dont say so myself

    but wait...

The bottom of the gasket which surrounds the completly pointless coolant passages is completly wasted its almost flat. Never the less I put it back on there and tightend it up but it leaks...

so now I could go to autozone and get this

But its $42 bucks and I don't need the whole kit... if I were to buy the whole uim it would be $ 130

Or I could do this from zzp

    for $100

    and then this

    for another $80

and might as well do this at the same time

but idk wtf I'm going to do I think Im just going to autozone for the gasket for now but wait its 6pm and the bank is closed fml lol

Common part thread had the gasket part number from Felpro. Parts pups should be able to get it for ya for $6 today.

    Add heads too.

Cause if changing a $6 gasket means L26, HV3 and different TB.. why stop there?

Drill and tap for holes in the L26. Holes are easy with a couple of tools.

You might need a turbo too.

I know... but I think the Uim looks better painted now and if I'm going to paint it wats the point in the metal one... plus the adapter plate is $100 so for the upper intake and the adaptor plate thats about 180 right there idk...

But hey could I put a northstar on a l36?
