currently have a 2004 gt2. ive been looking online, watching youtube vids to see how some sound. Not too sure of which to choose from. Ive heard from some of my friends who have gotten the SLP exhust system that it did not match up and some of the hangers and clips did not close. Borla and magnaflow dont make an exhaust system for for the 3.6L v6 and so im kinda stuck here. any suggestions?

    wut.

    3.6?

Do you even own a Grand Prix then? I'm guessing you have a N/A 3800.

    G6's had the 3.6.

All 97-08 catback's for the 3800 as long as they were dual outlet are all the same general exhaust setups....if your friends had issues...then they can't put on exhaust correctly or you got crappy parts and you should have sent them back.

    These are my setups...

I would have recommended the GMPP cat back. But it appears to have been discontinued. You can contact gmparts or your dealer to see if there are still anymore around. The sounds has been said to be similar to the borla cat back. I have had my borla for years and like the sound. You could also just go with some borla mufflers on the stock cat back.

If your looking for a different sound just change the mufflers.

Agreed. Go with Magnaflow or Borla. Forget about the Flowmasters.
