they will still do it if it has not been done, but mine started leaking 2 months after they did it.

Yeah get it done, if you dont think you can replace the valve cover gaskets yourself.

Only the supercharged one's get the new valve cover gasket. Other wise you get the plug wire retainer taken off and different retainers installed.

Im the 3rd owner of the car and wouldnt have gotten a recall letter so i dont know if my car has been fixed....would i just take the car into the dealership and they would tell me if it has been done by running the vin?

Just call them with your vin and they will tell ya.
