You mean the UPPER Intake Gasket. I had a leak there when my UIM warped. Leaked right around the coolant passages and dripped down towards the thermostat neck. You might get it to stop by checking the torque on the 2 bolts around that area on the UIM and tightening them down some, but I doubt it.

Fixed mine by replacing the UIM itself and UIM gasket.

You may get lucky and just be able to pull the UIM and replace the gasket itself, but beware that the plastic on that UIM is probably getting weak by now and when you go to re-install it may crack around the bolts, or may not seal again as it gets erroded by heat inside. Had 2 stock ones do that before I replaced it with an updated one. Just warning you in case you still get a leak after just a gasket replacement. I don't know how many times you want to pull the fuel rail, injectors, and all the other goodies just to dig the UIM out, but 3 times was enough for me, lol....

I had the UIM replaced about 18 months ago. Hopefully I don't have to buy another one.

When the UIM was replaced, was the gasket reused?

Try checking the torque on the UIM. The bolts may be loose. Especially check the 2 long ones that you see on either side near the TB.

If that doesn't help then you are looking at just replacing the gasket. If you do this yourself keep an eye on the fuel injector orings when you remove the rail, as they may be split and leak upon reinstall.
