    new belt or old belt???

    old belt, try replacing it

new belt, possibly a pulley bearing about to go out, or a tensioner isnt hold tension and the belt is too loose

Check the belt tension... if its not nice and tight it could be the tensioner. Otherwise youll need to get a tech or someone with a mechanics stethoscope to listen for where the squeal is actually coming from, because at that point its just a guessing game

If you paid for a "they fixed it", and you leave but its still doing it... TAKE IT BACK, cuz they didn't "fix it"
