Thread: What Does Your Engine Sound Like?

So what exactly does your guy's engine sound like during acceleration?

I want to know because I kinda want to know if mine sounds normal.

When I accelerate, I hear a sort of high pitched whine along with a low rumble, which sounds nice. Eventually the whine goes away and its just a normal sound. When I floor it it sounds even louder and deeper. Is this normal?

yes, i believe so. mine (n/a GT) sounds the same way. it's got that whine and the deep rumble. i think it sounds good. but yup i think you're normal.

haha ok thanks guys i thought it was the wheels but then i put it in park and just revved the engine and heard it, so if its normal thats good. lol
