    i have a 2007 l26 would the speed daddy headers work for my car or would i have to do a top swap, would a down pipe be something to consider and would a dual straight pipes sound good with the above mods? thanks

    theyll work.

    duals is nearly impossible to pull off and itll still sound like butt hole.

    not to mention you wont make any back pressure and the car will be slower than it is now
    because of the firing order and the crossover pipe the 3800 sounds like crap

    I think Vogel tried a true dual setup years ago...then again...what didn't he do. Anywho...it's nasty sounding for sure. Almost as bad as the F-Body muffler...eww.

    ok then what should i do then, because i really want the speed daddy headers, and a three inch cat'd down pipe, what should be my setup, what websites should i go to get the suggested mods?

    How about starting at my Safely Modding thread in the General Tech section. Headers come with their own downpipe to bolt to the stock catback and they all come catless if you are buying Speed Daddy's. You'll need to buy a 3" Universal High Flow Converter and have it welded in. Magnaflow makes them and they are pretty common.
