    Less exhaust restriction, but also less likely to pass emissions (if you have them)...

    It just makes the car sound different...no gains from taking it out.

    Your main concern is the rear 02 sensor and how you go about deleting it.

    You could get the code deleted, or buy an 02 simulator.

    Doubt that...the resonator getting removed is what makes these cars sound bad...not cat deletes.

    Cat deletes just make it illegal. If your state doesnt run checks your fine... I still think it smells like crap
