Here's the code from the computer, and my mech said no to worry, but I have the car for sale, and the buyer may think something is wrong. I have a code p0336, which is the Crank Sensor. Also is the coolant sensor inside the radiator or next to it, I want to unplug, sick of the blinking light.

if the crank sensor is acting up then you DO have a problem ... get it replaced.

my mechanic told me if the part was bad the car will not crank, but i was going to replace it anyway. he said there's no need to, thanks. The cranks fine, but better be safe then stranded.

Your mechanic is retarded. Your car will crank with out the sensor, it will just not run. The crank sensor tells the computer where the pistons are in there cycle, thus telling the computer what cylinders to fire when.

yea thats true. some mechanics are old school. they assume crank sensor means the sensor to make it crank. lol
