    is it worth replacing the rockers and if so what size and what springs to go with them? 05 GP N/A 3800. Thanks in advance

    ER rockers, 105# springs on the intake valves.
    2004 Impala LS - got some mods sold!!!
    2009 Subaru Impreza WRX STI

    what about exhaust?

    Stock springs are fine with ER rockers on exhaust valves.

    The fact you're buying double the springs for no reason? Plus double the work for install? Up to you I guess, but the intakes require 105#s when doing any higher revving.

    He was referring to the type of spring needed. Not a sparkplug.

    Autolites do have a 103 and 104 style plug, but that's for another post
