L67 swap into my 99 gt

i just did the L67 swap into my 99 gt becuase of motor problems from my gt motor. anybody done this and use your gt trans and have tranny problems? any info would be great.

you need to use the flywheel off the L36, otherwise its a straight swap for the motor and wiring harness.

however, you'll need a tune either way because of the transmission.

Yeah I took the flywheel and torque from my gt motor and put it on the L67 motor and used my gt trans. I fired it up for the first time last night and drove it and it just acted like it was trying to take off in 4th gear and stuttering a bit that's why I was asking I already knew about the computer tune for the trans I was just wondering if anyone else did the swap with the gtp computer on a gt trans to see if they had the same issues. Reptile is going to be tuning my ecu for the tranny I just hope everything works out fine.
