Alright so coupled along with the mods in my sig which TB would be the best and/or the easiest to install and give the best performance gains. A ported TB from Reptile, a HVTB from ZZP, or I heard you can swap on a GTP TB?

Really? And do you know this by experience?

Sure with rockers you would gain more hp but thats not what he is asking.

Im not sure what reptile charges to port a tb but im sure its cheaper then zzp though. I dont know if reptile has the ability to install a larger throttle body blade like zzp's stage 2 tb. I have a zzp stage 2 tb but a maf tune is reccomended to run it. Now for l67 throttle body I dont know if the maf tables in the tune are the same or if in fact the tb its self is larger. someone else would have to chime in on that one.
99 Grand Prix old build- CAI, Custom exhaust, HV3, Stage 2 TB, custom tune, ported heads intense s1x cam, headers.
Nothing great Just a small T66 Turbo with a Hv3 On a stock tranny untill i finish the other one.

Get a ported L67 throttle body from Brian with rockers and GTP injectors...and a custom tune...that thing will move for a N/A car.

Will an L67 TB just bolt right up though? or will I need an adapter or to rig up something to make it work? And I realize I'm going to see negligible performance gains if any but what about the difference in throttle response between them? (btw Bio ER rockers are probably going to be my next mod over the summer)

someone did a N* on a GT, not sure why but, it was cool. Reptile does the best porting around. To be honest, the money your going to spend wouldn't be worth the gains. It doesn't make much sense to me if you have a ported t/b with a bigger bore than the inlet on the plenum. It would just make an air step imo

x2 on getting rockers now, get 1.9's with L76 valve springs

an l67 TB you would need an adapter.

although, the gains youll see from a ported TB are so minimal that i wouldnt waste my time. it was the biggest let down out of any of the things i did to my car.
