    1) Get a triple edge performance tranny and be done with it
    2) Get your exhaust hangers fixed because most likely with the supports missing it is just creating extra stress on the exhaust joints and could have caused your leak.
    3) it most likely is not rusted through already, but you are the only one who can see your exhaust.........jack it up and get under there and look. It is the only way.

    I'm with ^^^^

You identified where the leak is located and the likely cause of the leak. Fix the two hangers, then get a new manifold to DP gasket and install it. It's a two bolt procedure in all the H and W bodies I've seen. Yours is newer than I've experienced..but it's probably the same.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

No crap...THREE TRANSMISSIONS!?!? Ever thought about how much money you would save if you didn't drive like a idiot? What do you do neutral bomb it with slicks?

And a good transmission from Dave is less than 2 grand., not over 3.

yeah.......triple edge performance has better pricing than you think and they are made for taking a beating(to a point) If I were you, that is where I would buy from.

unbelievable........well, if it goes out after your warranty is up check out triple edge. Read around, I have never heard of his trannys breaking down short of massive HP........they are reasonable. Check out his website. Lots of info on our tranny's there.
