    i heard coil packs dont really need replaced...the plugs should be replaced at 100k miles but the pack as far as i go are still good....

    Really there isn't any reason to replace coil packs unless your stock packs are bad. The amount of spark released by the coil packs in a GP is controlled/restricted & cant release any more spark than stock coil packs. Most ppl will tell you stock coil packs are better anyway.
    OverKilled, HAI, Ported Throttle body, Ported intake, ZZP DP, Magnaflow, BMR ta's, GMPP STB's, CCS springs, tinted tailights, roof rails, TEP cool'r, G8 hood. Glass Gearbox.

    that all depends on the plugs. I run autolite coppers and they need changed every 5k or so. fwiw these cars love coppers

    Yup, I run Autolite 103's and change them every 6K or every 2 oil changes.

    fwiw.........the gtp's need to be changed this often(6-10k) and the original stock plugs of an NA can go to 100k(personally I would change them sooner, but that is what GM says.........)
