    Hello,
I have a 99 GP GT, and frankly I want to increase HP or TQ (while passing smog, keeping my car reliable & street legal) but don't know where to begin. I have about $3000 and have been looking at PFYC.com & ZZperformance. As of now I am planning to buy:

    - pacesetter headers - but guess I don't need them since I am adding Turbo
    - K&N intake - but don't know if I need them becuz of turbo intake?
    - cam (pfyc)
    - turbo - but don't know which place to buy it from and this due to price might be a upgrade option later on down the road

    please help me out

    Top Swap. Morad parts company.

Your going to have to spend around 7000 on a turbo build ot do it right. You could get a top swap and a built transmission for 3000.

That would give you a solid path for supercharger upgrades in the future

And that is your best bet

Top swap is a good and cheaper route but if u want to be different and smoke some cars i would run with a turbo if i had the money to.

I don't think you will pass the visual on the smog test if you have the headers as they usually get rid of the cat, and you will have a turbo............fwiw. Some kits do have high flow cats available too, from what I have heard anyway.
