    Hey Guys,

My car just started having this issue. I have no power. I give it gas and it just boggs. I can't go much over 70 MPH. I stomp the gas and the RPM's go to about 4000. It feels like a rev limiter kicks in. I can't do anything with it. I go to pass and my car can't get out of it's own way. I know with out proper diagnostics, it could be any thing.
I was just wondering if any of you guys have had a similar problem.

    Please help,

    Thanks,

Try disconnecting your downpipe and see if the problem goes away.

    Thanks for the tip Scimmia,
I checked my vin #. It is 2F2851--. So, I'm not sure I would be covered. If in fact this is my problem. Like I said, without proper diagnostics, my problem could be anything.

    Thanks again,

    Well,
It indeed is the cat. And it is covered. The warranty is 80k miles or 8 years. All is well.

    Have a good one,
