im sure some of you get tired of seeing these threads, but this really is the only way i can LOTS of opinions from experienced people that drive the same car as me.
im wondering which aftermarket performance mod i should do next, im torn between the wizaired intake, an HV3, or a front power log. the only thing i have done right now is a cat/ubend/resonator delete, with 2.5 inch pipe. i will also be putting in a 180 degree thermostat very soon. im simply wondering which one of those 3 will give me the most power, which one will i feel the most do you think??

thanks in advance for the input....

you don't need the 180* thermostat yet.

The next mod I suggest and I feel it should be the first thing you buy is some tuning software. HPTuners software and a Wideband Tuner. If you want to mod these cars it is almost a must. I'd go for the intake if you decide to not heed my advice here. Depending on what you plan on doing I'd be patient and wait for a set of headers. Hell you can get the ebay knock off headers for $180 now, but do some research on them as some people have horror stories and others have success. They also may need to be coated. If you're patient you can find some nice TOGs for a good deal.

Also if you get a 180* thermostat you're going to want to drop the temps for the fans to come on. They are set at like 225* On Temp and 220* Off Temp or something like that. I put mine to 187* On Temp and 185* Off Temp.

You can change these parameters in HPTuners software.

Can someone tell me how to take a screen shot of my computer so I can post up the picture of the "System" section in HPTuners Editor.

    Thanks

    -zzp d/p
    -plog
    -intense shift kit
    -home made intake
    -180* t-stat
    -overkill or intense pcm
    -HV3

These basic mods are a good start, they could take you car to flat-low 15's. How far do you want to take the modding? (that will give a better idea of what you should get)

Ebay headers are garbage, you will spend more time and money re-welding them to fit right. If you want less expensive headers get some SSAC's or S&S's. If you decide to go header route you don't need d/p and plog. You might feel the car is slower driving around normal speeds with the headers but, once you go WOT you will feel a kick in the pants.
