I have a blown engine in my 2000 GP/GT, it's a 3.8 non-super charged Vin "K". I found a wrecked 2005 GP with the same engine 3.8 non-super charged Vin "K". What issues will I encounter trying to swap one for the other? If it's even possible!

You'll need to use your stock throttle body, and to do that, you'll need a Gen V to Gen III adapter. Other than that, it should be a straight swap, I believe.
Edit, I remember hearing there may be an issue with oil pan clearance, too, but I'm not sure about that.
i would just use the block and reuse the rest of your stuff to save you a little hassle with parts being different. you can also get it cheaper by just buying the block instead of the whole motor.
but then you miss the benefits of the aluminum UIM, the potentially better heads, etc.
Another thing, you'll need to reuse your stock fuel injectors, as you would have EV1 connectors on your wiring harness instead of the multec2 or EV6 connector, not sure which the L26 uses. You'll also need to use your stock fuel rails, since the L26 has a returnless system.
