What else do you suggest I do? Maybe try looking at the MAF sensor or throttle body or something?

This is basically what it's doing. This is a video someone posted on yout u be awhile ago. This is pretty much the same thing mine is doing. Skip to about 2:30 into the video. Mine only shifts into first gear.

Clean your throttle body. A can of TB cleaner costs like $2 at Wally-mart. Get a new air filter and clean your MAF while you're already in there messin with the intake. Pound on your muffler to see if something could be clogging it up to restrict flow.
