If you did a full top swap, they'd be the same as an supercharged 3800 series II.

By full, I mean everything. Not trying to reuse anything from your old L36 except the block.

    If you did a Full:

Its very simple, Nipple under the supercharger snout goes to the MAP sensor, nipple on the BBV solenoid(the one pointing towards the Pass side of the car) and the L67 Fuel pressure Regulator,(the L36 regulator doesn't work with the boost, so you should be using the L67 rail and regulator)

The One on the throttle body goes to the EVAP Solenoid.

The Tree on the top of the supercharger:

Big one pointing towards firewall goes to the brake booster.

Middle one goes to the AC ducting control (the vac line that original connected dead center on the back of the L36 intake manifold)

The front of the three connectors goes to the top of the BBV's diaphram(black cylinder of the BBV)

That should be everything...... Not bad from the top of my head huh

Good for me to know. I'll need to cap that since my HVAC is electronic and not vacuum operated.

So what is there on the back of your L36's intake manifold....... Which Impalas don't have vacuum operated HVAC doors?

Not sure. Is what you're talking about in this picture? That little cap on top of the brake booster line fitting?

04+. 00-03 have vacuum operated systems. 04+ all use electronic doors.

Yes it is the little capped off part, you could probably use that cap on the vacuum tree, thanks for answering my question

you dont need to hook up the BBV to a vac source on the bottom end. with the GT pcm you wont be able to control the BBV anyway, so just leave the bottom nipple open and end your vacuum line at the FPR.

it goes MAP > LIM > FPR. youll get full boost with the BBV unhooked. if you hook it up like youre "supposed to" then boost will be limited to 4-5 psi.

If you don't hook it up at all, it will always be seeing atmospheric pressure, which also isn't a good thing, is it?

If you load a L67 file onto the PCM and get the wiring added on, the BBV solenoid will work.

There should be a way to make it work without the solenoid at all, BBVs were used for a long time before cars were computer controlled. The solenoid is just there so the computer can dump boost if it wants to.

Oh I'm sure. Just saying that if someone really wants it there, all it takes is software and a little wiring.

Anyone got a picture of the MAP end of the vacuum line, as it's on the engine? I guess, I'm asking for a shot looking down over the blower onto the MAP sensor.

I know you cant see the vac line(cause I was still running a L36 bin and map, you can see it off to the right), but that is where the MAP mounts, and the line just goes from under the snout to the bottom of the map.....

    BBV,
If you load in a L67 Bin, you get the boost gauge in the DIC, and you can wire up the BBV solenoid.....

You don't need to though, you can remove the solenoid, and have the top part of the diaphragm (black cylinder) connected to the vac tree on the top of the supercharger, and leave the bottom part open to atmosphere, this is how my car runs, and another local with a swap runs as well.....
I am very glad that I'm able to answer your guys questions

Note: you can see the BBV without the valve, and only the vac line in above picture
