I just did a tuneup on my 96 GTP, replaced the spark plugs + wires, changed most the fluids, cleaned the intake manifold + new gasket, new oil filter, cleaned the MAF sensor and the whole throttle body, changed the brakes, blahblahblah.

    - I have an OBDII scanner and it shows my long term fuel trim to be -14%. Why is it so low/running so rich? I have no codes right now and the engine sounds really good.

One other question: When the car's in park and the governor kicks in at 4kish RPM, is the governor supposed to make the RPM pulsate really fast instead of just keeping the RPM steady?
