Last time I used the e brake in my dads car it broke in the cable and got jammed on so I just unhooked it and never missed it. So I don't trust them anymore

thats just dumb thinking. if they work they work, if they dont fix them.
stuff gets old rusts and breaks. fix the cable.
also a unused e brake will break before one thats used every now and then. if you use it here and there, you'll know if its working or starting to fail some how. dont use it and then need it and surprise, no brake, locked up or dragging e brake, see where i m going ?
I use my ebrake even when parking in my flat driveway. I just don't like the car sitting on the park prawl.
i park in the same spot for like 4 years now, as i back into my spot it put it neutral and it rolls into its 4 holes its made over time. then i toss it in park.
i also have a window behind my car, so when the pass side reverse light is 1/2 way gone in the rear view, im squarely in my spot too.
I was wondering if using my jack stands will bend/damage the pinch welds?

Just put them on the subframe it will be fine, that's what I do

Can I also just jack my car up unto my rhino ramps?
why not drive the car up them and call it a day?
ive never used jack stands for a oil change, always use the ramps. my trucks were nice. slide under drop the pan bolt. ground clearance what a concept.
I tried it once and they went under my car
