Check for vacuum leaks

Reving that high I agree with DS. Get some carb cleaner and shoot a couple bursts around any vacuum line and around your intake manifold see if it revs up.

Throttle cable hanging up is a possibility. But seeing as ur also losing coolant, I'd check lims

I would definitely check for vacuum leaks and check you TB. Any other issues with the performance?
