Call junkyards around you. Over $100 for used exhaust manifolds seems ridiculous.

Also, there is a rear exhaust mani with an egr tube and one without. My car obviously has an egr, so what in the world should I do? Get the one with it (more expensive) or without it....

im gonna venture to say get the one with the EGR unless you feel like deleting yours.
have you checked car-part.com? that will lost all the junkyards in the area you select and what they have, as well as *most* interchangeable parts and models.

oh, and thanks for the compliment!

One way to prevent the gasket from going is to get rid of the dexcool and replace all coolant hoses to make sure that no air is getting in.

Does anyone else have a suggestion on the exhaust crossover? If I keep my 3.1L one it ill obviously be cheaper because i wouldnt have to buy a new one, but at the same time I dont want to restrict the flow that I just opened up..

So the exhaust manis for the front have holes that dont exactly match up with the current ones... There is some room to make them bigger, but I am not sure what the best option is...

Shouldn't matter. Coolant isn't what hurts the gaskets. Heat etc is.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
