for anyone that cares to see i, i had to replace the head gaskets on my DD the 94 grand am. when i got to taking it apart i came across all kinds of bad stuff. like exhaust studs broken off inside the head causing exhaust leak. bad lower intake manifold gasket, a 1/4 inch thick layer of grime inside the upper intake, lower intake, heads, and throttle body. vacuum not even connected in some places and just a mess. and most importantly a big chunk missing out of the head itself! while i was in i did a little paint and wrapped the exhaust manifolds and crossover. the car has always run very hot and by wrapping the exhaust it feels like a normal car now. the cars running great and just passed a smog test with great numbers. im very excited to do the same thing and alot more to my gtp this tax season.

Yay for fixin stuff and being happy!!

Not too shabby looking either, tho I still think it's funny seeing an airfilter the size of the motor XD.

But props. Glad you'll be getting more use out of the DD.

Nice! I know those 3100s are a pain to do simple things like a lower intake gasket.
    Good job!
