    some how i have messed up the threads in the thermostat bypass pipe was just gonna replace the bleeder with a bolt due to i cant afford a new pipe from dealer and auto parts stores cant get the part any one have any ideas would it hurt if i tapped in new threads and just put a bold with a oring around the head or something similar trying to get my car back on road asap

    you can always drill and tap the hole, then use a npt thread plug, means its got tapered threads, use some thread sealant and snug the plug only.
