    Title says it all. I have a 99 gtp that needs a body and can get a 2004 gtp that needs a transmission. will it work?

    98 Buick Regal GS, F body brakes, Caddy STS wheels, tinted tails L36 bottom end, lightly ported heads, 1.95 roller rockers, headers, gen 5 N* 3.0 pulley, FSIC, 42 lb injectors, a BrandonHall rebuilt trans, DHP tuned and AEM water/Meth injection https://goo.gl/gpV5kW

    you would need to change the rad too cause the trans cooler lines are not the same too.

    You can change the fittings on the trans or radiator if you needed to.

    It's not a hard thing to do.

    So other than the range position sensor everything else should be ok? I'm not worried about radiator connectors, that's a simple fix. There isn't a difference in PCM control of the trans or anything?

    PCM controls and valve body are different for sure.

    Valve body, channel plate, and wiring harness is different.

    Swap all that out and you'll be good as long as your gear ratio is correct.
    I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
