I have 98gtp put tranny in last year with the full shift improve kit. My problem is when I'm driving it seems like it shifts through the gears really fast, I'm just driving normally, not hard. Do I have a problem or is it in my head. The transmission shifts fine no shuttering or anything.Just seems like it go really fast to overdrive..

Need actual speed as each gear pops in.

You'd be surprised what the tables have it shifting at. IIRC it drops into 4th at 42mph

i can be locked up in 3 rd at 25 mph if light on the gas.

you got a torque app? that will show what gear your in.

I feel like you are asking why water is wet and why women change their minds so fast and often. If you can't really tell us what's happening, we can't really tell you to be worried.

thats soft on the gas i hope.

held to the floor it will shift around 60 mph into 2nd gear then around 90 into 3 rd.
