Started about 2 weeks ago. Car have 80k miles

Basically during the first 15-20 min after starting the car during warm up, the transmission will do some weird shifting

    1st gear is slipping/sluggish.

During the 1st to 2nd gear shift the engine rev's up/rpm and the transmission seems like it's not wanting to shift properly and it's taking a long time. Basically it acts like it is trying to shift and stuck but then if I let off the pedal then press it again lightly it will shift but still sluggish. During the 1st to 2nd gear shift I noticed with the rpm it will like stall then jump up then down to shift. Its a sluggish/slipping slow shift. Sometimes it wont shift and kind of like stalls like it is trying to shift

If i get on it a bit it will slip and suddenly catch into gear like i'm neutral dropping it, but then i won't get a surge going into second after that

The rest of shifts 2nd and up feels like I have a shift kit which i dont mind, but they are real jerk shifts

Now If I put the trans in 3rd gear and drive it, the transmission will shift normal

Now when the trans is in normal drive, after the car warms up and I drive it around for a while then most of the time it will shift perfectly but I still get those fast quick jerk shifts 2nd gear and up

Kind of seem like a bad pump, solenoid,PCS or a electronic glitch/transmission filter, I don't know. Tranny is fluid is bright and red

i also seen this here http://www.grandprix.net/problems/Tr...pinggoing.html which he said was pinched wires. which may make sense because I just had a mechanic do a tuneup and oil change and he was working behind the the engine to get to the spark plugs..After that, i started having problems 1 week later..

Peek around and see what you can find. See if there's a code P1811 stored in the computer. If so, beginning stages of transportation failure is what it sounds like to me. If there isn't a code for the solenoid circuits then it isn't likely they are at fault. There's still a possibility their screens have gunk in them but you wouldn't be able to tell without taking off the side cover.

How do I check for codes? i did a normal code check at auto zone and it said no codes or no link

im thinking it is a soleniod or a clog filter bsed off the fact when it warms up /hit the pedal hard it starts acting perfectly fine

How do i change the filter and fluid? is it like any other car

Replacing the solenoid is no easy task it can be done but who knows what it is.I thought mine was a sensor it turned out to be broken hard parts.I would just find somebody to rebuild it if you are able.I had a guy put a kit in mine replace the two broken parts and replace the two main sensors for 500.00 I dropped the trans off and picked it up a week later.
