I think some of my shift solenoids are going bad in my trans or my trans is going bad itself. I really like these cars and love the s/c's so I was wondering when my trans goes could I put the HD version in and later on put a s/c on my engine or can I build my stock trans to handle a s/c?

The differences between an HD and non HD are fairly simple. Bigger diff, different gear ratio (based on the chainset) and a 1/4" longer output shaft. The shaft will never be missed or noticed. The rest though, you'd notice the gearing and you'd need a new passenger axle to (shorter) to accomodate the new diff.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

Triple Edge Performance 4T65E Complete Kits

There's a link to triple edge performance rebuild kits. It really depends on what you want to do with the car after you supercharge it.
